CNC Machining

We have a fully equipped modern Machining Shop, which has a mix of CNC machines and Manual machines, giving us adequate capacity for our needs.

The CNC Milling section is fully supported by CAD /CAM and has the added ability to accept electronic drawings direct to machine in various formats.

To support the Machining Facility we have a well-equipped inspection room to ISO 9001 standard, including a new Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

CNC Section Supported by CAD/CAM Package

CNC TURNING:

Hwacheon Hi - Tech 300 CNC Machining Centre, capacity up to 250mm diameter.

MANUAL MACHINING:

Our CNC section is supported by various manual machines.

GRINDING:

Jones & Shipman surface grinder.

KEYWAY CUTTING:

Lunn Davis fully equipped up to 25mm wide keyways.
