Our Services & PrWe now have a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) on site here at AMAG Engineering. As well as measuring components we have produced, we are able to offer a measuring service for customer supplied items. Please contact us for details. Manufactured by Quality Control Technology this machine enables us to accurately record any dimensions of an item and provide a clear report showing the location of any errors. This document provides customers with absolute confirmation of a components accuracy. Using Renishaw probes and measuring system a Volumetric Accuracy of 10um with a Single Point Repeatability of 2um can be achieved. |
